Dylan joined Great Lakes Retirement Plan Consultants in 2026 as a Client Success Manager while he is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning and a minor in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. In his role, he supports the team by preparing reports, organizing client information, utilizing RPAG software, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Dylan is passionate about building meaningful relationships, providing excellent client service, and continually expanding his knowledge of the retirement planning and financial services industry as he works toward becoming a financial advisor.

Originally from Hartland, Wisconsin, Dylan competes on the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater track team while also training with the cross-country program. Before joining the Warhawks, he competed for Arrowhead High School and earned Second Team All-American at Nike Outdoor Track Nationals. The discipline, consistency, and commitment he has developed as a collegiate student-athlete shape both his academic and professional pursuits. Outside of work and athletics, Dylan enjoys golfing, traveling to new places, spending time with friends, going for walks, and listening to music.
